A few months ago, I asked myself what I needed to do to feel happy, smile, and live a fearless life. I focused on myself and my body. I exercised a lot! At first, it was hard. I wanted to give up but I reminded myself that I wasn’t a quitter. After all, I was born to be a champion. I double the amount of my workouts to feel pain, and remind myself I needed to do this to get the body I wanted. In the end, I lost 27 lbs. within three months. I did a lot of yoga, pilates, running, and weight training. I ate healthy food and stopped eating fried food or dairy drinks. I’m down 6 pant sizes. I feel toned, happy, and proud. If you want to change your body, you must challenge yourself and don’t look back. Visualize what you want, set goals, and do something.
p.s. The highest I weighted was 198 lbs. I’ve never weighted less than 150 and that was a goal I wanted to accomplish. So don’t tell me to keep losing more weight. I am happy just the way I am 🙂
