I rode the BART train to San Francisco for the first time. It was the most relaxing and fastest train I ever rode. I was scheduled for an interview yesterday. My brother convinced me to take the train. Little did I know that my interview was next to train’s exit, underneath the building. I was impressed and felt really excited for the interview. For the first time in my life, I felt like myself and knew the right answers for the questions. People say that practice makes perfect. That’s true but practicing the right answers for an interview doesn’t define who you are. You have to open your heart and give the answers feeling very confident and knowing who you are. Soomi Lee, a professor at the University of La Verne once told me that I will feel like myself and give the right answers if I want the job. She was right. I felt confident, happy, relaxed, excited, and personable.
After the interview, I looked around the streets and saw many indoor shopping malls at the Westfield. If you ever get a chance to visit San Francisco, ride the BART and visit the Union Station 🙂
P.S. If you ride the BART train, you will not see the Golden Gate Bridge because the train was designed as an underwater rail.
